Terms
All song selections need to be chosen 2 days prior to the event. All song backgrounds are pre-recorded and played on compact discs. Equipment is brought to site and includes: microphone, speaker, mixer and cd player. A functional electrical outlet on premises is necessary. We are not responsible for faulty electrical outlets.
Please make certain that the person will be at the location on the day & time you have scheduled. Also, make certain that you get permission from their employer or place of business. If we arrive and cannot perform the CroonerGram, there will be no refunds. No Exceptions! You must confirm by phone: 630-202-4887 with a valid credit card to process your order !!!
Cancellation Policy And Fees
Cancellation processing fee of $50.00. Twenty-four hours (24 hrs.) prior to day of event, cancellation fee is 50 percent (50%) of total amount charged. Day of event cancellation fee 100 percent (100%) of total amount charged.
